What we do
The Board of Community Health Councils in Wales has a number of functions:
Represents the collective voice
of CHCs
Sets standards and guidance, and
provides advice and support to
underpin CHC activities
Monitors and manages the
performance of CHCs
Operates a complaints service
procedure
