Advice and signposting

From time to time, you may need advice on how to access NHS services or speak to someone to get some support or advice about an NHS service you’ve received or are waiting for.

We can signpost you to relevant services and help you to get the support you need.  In times of worry, or stress, we can be there to find you the best place to go for help.

You can call us on 02920 235558 to speak to someone at your local CHC office, who can offer advice and support for any enquiries or queries you may have.

We also provide a confidential independent complaints advocacy service should you need some support making a complaint about an NHS service you have received.
